MONDAY - NOVICE/NEW MEMBERS

Two sessions - either 6:00 - 7:00 pm or 7:15 - 8:15 pm. Please show up at 6:00 pm on the first night of coaching for the coaches to equally distribute the riders (see social media for coaching start dates)

THURSDAY - INTERMEDIATE/EXPERT/ADULT RIDERS WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
